Welcome to the fourth installment of Tea and Austen!
Today's recipe is not for tea, my friends. And no, it's not hot chocolate either. Today, I'm going to teach y'all how to make cinnamon vanilla milk.
INGREDIENTS:
1. One mug of milk
2. Two teaspooons of granulated sugar
3. Two teaspoons of French Vanilla Creamer (I use International Delight, but Coffee-Mate is good too!)
4. One teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
1. Warm the mug of milk in the microwave for one minute
2. Mix in the sugar, creamer, and cinnamon.
3. Enjoy!
Pair with: Mansfield Park
Milk begins as a humble beverage. It comes from the simple cow, and spends most of its life being poured on cereal. One day, however, someone like you decides to take milk and pour it into a beautiful mug. Over the span of a few minutes, you introduce milk to a life of luxury, a life filled with cinnamon and sugar and vanilla flavoring. You think you have improved milk, but you soon realized that all you have done is give milk a chance to shine.
Only two books left! And yes, you will have to wait until the last installment to hear about Jane Austen's best novel. Sorry! ;)
